There are a number of ways you can pay your bills for Ebico energy plans.
- Monthly Direct Debit
- Monthly Direct Debit is the easiest, and our preferred, way to pay your bills. You can spread your costs evenly and hassle free over 12 months. We’ll review your payments at least once a year to make sure you’re paying the right amount to cover your bills. We base this on the energy you’ve used previously and the latest meter readings, which may be estimated. If they need to change, we’ll let you know on your bill or by letter. - Pay on receipt of bill
Customers that choose to pay on receipt of bill are sent a monthly bill for the energy that they have used the previous month. These customers can pay their energy through variety of payments methods such as:
Debit or Credit card – You can pay our bill with a credit or debit card via a secure online payment [link].
Via Bank transfer – [details]
Cheque – You can send us a check with your account number and address to [details]
By Phone – you can call us on [number] to pay for your energy via telephone with your credit or debit card
At the Post Office – you can pay by cash, credit or debit card at the Post Office. You will need take your bill with you to in order to make the payment as the Post Office will need to scan the barcode on your bill in order to complete the transaction.
At a Paypoint – you can pay by cash, credit or debit card at any Paypoint. Same as with the Post Office you will need your bill to complete this transaction as the Paypoint will need to scan the barcode to complete the transaction.
